By engaging SoundNova for any music production service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

SoundNova offers professional music production services including:

Custom music production
Mixing & mastering
Song arrangement
Melody creation
Vocal tuning
Audio editing
Ghost production
Remix production

Project Agreement

All projects begin with a written brief or agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after a deposit or full payment is received, as agreed upon.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and licensing rights to the final delivered files, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., ghost production agreements may include additional confidentiality terms).

Confidentiality

SoundNova treats all client projects, briefs, and audio materials as strictly confidential. We do not share, publish, or use your work without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

SoundNova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered audio files. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.

Refund Policy

SoundNova is dedicated to delivering high-quality music production services. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Deposits

All deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable. Deposits cover initial consultation, project planning, and reserved studio time.

Refund Eligibility

A partial or full refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) may be issued in the following cases:

SoundNova is unable to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeline due to our fault
The project is cancelled by SoundNova before work has commenced
A mutual written agreement to cancel the project is reached before the first draft is delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Client changes their mind after work has begun
Client is dissatisfied with creative direction after approving the initial brief
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials, unresponsiveness)
Final files have been delivered and accepted

Revision Process

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to utilize all included revision rounds. We are committed to achieving a result you are satisfied with.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us in writing within 7 days of the issue arising. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
